She has five years of gymnastics coaching experience and has been a competitive cheerleader since the age of 9 where she developed a love for teamwork, athletic growth and working hard to reach new goals.
Outside of the gym, Lexi works as a behavior technician where she supports children with a variety of learning styles and needs. Understanding that every child learns differently has strengthened her passion to help each athlete feel welcomed, challenged, and celebrated as they grow.
