Location

• We are located in the former JoAnn’s space at the Belknap Mall.

What to Wear

• Please wear tight-fitting athletic clothing or a leotard to class.

• All hair must be pulled back for safety.

• No jewelry is permitted, except small stud earrings.

Parent Portal & Waivers

• Please create your Parent Portal account and complete all digital waivers before your child’s first class

• Waivers must be signed prior to participation.

Mommy & Me Drop-In Classes

• For drop-in Mommy & Me classes, your child will not be assigned to the unlimited class option in the portal.

• Payment can be made in cash on the day of attendance.

• When registering in the portal, please indicate whether you plan to do unlimited monthly classes or drop-in.

Facility Policies

• No shoes or socks are allowed on the mats—bare feet only for safety.

• Please be respectful of classes in session by waiting in the designated waiting area until your class is called.

Payments & Discounts

• Payments may be made monthly or by 19-week session, which includes a 10% discount.

• All payments are prorated for any weeks Winni Gymnastics is closed.

Continuous Enrollment

• Enrollment is continuous throughout the year so families can maintain their preferred class time.

• There is no need to re-register for winter or spring sessions.

Withdrawal Policy

• If you wish to drop a class, notice must be submitted by the 15th of the prior month to allow us time to fill the spot from the waitlist.

• If notice is not received by the 15th, you will be automatically billed for the following month.
